Given the deteriorating weather conditions, and dangerous road conditions between here and Limon on US 24, the leadership has decided to cancel the Bethune Campout this weekend.

I know we are all disappointed, but we think this is in the best interests of the safety of all concerned.

For those who purchased food, if you cannot or do not want to use the food for your family, you may claim reimbursement by giving your receipts to Bob Pierce at the Tuesday meeting.

We will NOT charge Scout Accounts for the campout, even though the Troop will likely have to pay for the campout since it is still going as planned.

Please contact your Patrol Leader to let them know you have received this message (if you get this before you are called).

Adults...please contact me to let me know you received this message if you get this before I call you.
